WarpBeam strives to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Refund eligibility is based on the specific circumstances outlined below. By using WarpBeam, you agree to these terms.

1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only in the following situations:

a. Storage and Data Usage

Refunds may be issued for storage or data traffic costs if the user has not utilized the services significantly during the monthly usage period.
Usage is measured by the amount of storage and data consumed. Users must request a refund within the billing period for consideration.
b. Subscription to Channels or Content

Paid Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a creator's channel for exclusive content, no refunds will be issued once the subscription is activated and the content is accessed.
Content Purchases: Rentals or purchases of movies, videos, or other digital content are non-refundable once accessed or streamed.
c. Upgrading to Premium Packages

Users upgrading to a premium package may cancel within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued for premium subscriptions.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

If a user accessed the content or services for which payment was made.
Disputes regarding the quality of content provided by another user, as WarpBeam acts as a platform and does not oversee content quality directly.
Cancellations made after the refund eligibility period (e.g., after 24 hours for premium upgrades).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Submit a Request: Contact WarpBeam Support at space@warpbeam.io with your account details, proof of purchase, and the reason for the refund.
Provide Usage Details: For refunds based on storage or data usage, include metrics or screenshots showing minimal usage.
Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
4. Transaction Fees
For all eligible refunds, transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable. The exact fee amount will be deducted from the refunded total.

5. Updates to the Refund Policy
WarpBeam reserves the right to update this refund policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
