WarpBeam Terms of Use

Welcome to WarpBeam! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our platform, which allows creators to upload, sell, and monetize content, as well as offer memberships with varying levels of functionality. WarpBeam also integrates Creative Commons licensing options for creators and reserves the right to promote and broadcast user content via WarpBeam TV. By using WarpBeam, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview of Services
WarpBeam provides the following services:

Content Hosting: Upload and manage your original creative content (e.g., videos, images, music).
Sales and Monetization: Sell content directly or earn revenue through ads, subscriptions, and premium memberships.
Membership Options: Users can choose from free or premium monthly/annual memberships, each offering different levels of access and functionality.
Broadcasting: By registering, you grant WarpBeam the right to promote and broadcast your public content on WarpBeam TV and affiliated channels.
2. Creative Commons Integration
License Selection: Users can choose to apply a Creative Commons (CC) license to their content. Available licenses include:
CC BY: Allow reuse with attribution.
CC BY-NC: Allow reuse with attribution for non-commercial purposes.
CC BY-SA: Require derivative works to maintain the same license.
Compliance: Users who reuse CC-licensed content must adhere to the terms of the specific license (e.g., proper attribution and usage limits).
3. Membership Tiers
WarpBeam offers the following membership options:

Free Membership: Basic access to upload content, sell content, and view free features.
Premium Monthly Membership: Free membership + extra features like, Bigger Storage, Advanced analytics, Priority support, Personal asistent and higher revenue share (Different membership plans).
Premium Annual Membership: Includes all premium features at a discounted rate for annual payment (Price may change based on Fair Storage usage).

Fee Structure:

Platform retains 25% as a service fee for all monetized transactions.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable laws.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing
Ownership: You retain full ownership of any content uploaded to WarpBeam.
Platform License: By uploading, you grant WarpBeam a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Store, display, and distribute your content.
Broadcast or promote your content on WarpBeam TV and affiliated platforms.
Sales and Monetization Rights: WarpBeam may facilitate the sale of your content and apply associated fees.

5. Monetization and Payments
Earning Options: Users can monetize through:
Direct sales.
Ad revenue sharing.
Subscriptions or premium memberships.
Revenue Share: WarpBeam takes a 25% platform fee from all earnings.
Payout Schedule: Earnings are paid monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold of 50 EUR is met.

6. User Responsibilities
Content Standards: All uploaded content must adhere to our Content Guidelines, which prohibit:
Copyright infringement.
Hateful, explicit, or illegal materials.
Broadcasting Permission: By registering, you agree that WarpBeam may feature your public content on WarpBeam TV for promotional or broadcast purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
WarpBeam Materials: All trademarks, software, and design elements of WarpBeam remain the property of the platform.
Copyright Claims: Use the Copyright Policy for filing claims or disputes related to intellectual property.

8. Termination and Suspension
User Termination: Users may close their accounts at any time, which removes access but does not revoke the platform’s rights to previously granted licenses.
WarpBeam Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Liability and Indemnity
WarpBeam is not liable for:

Losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
Earnings disputes or delays due to external processors.
By using WarpBeam, you agree to indemnify the platform from claims or disputes arising from your content or actions.

10. Changes to Terms
WarpBeam may update these terms as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
